OBLUE International is a Hong Kong brand of carbon fiber yachts and passenger vessels, delivered ready for service. This policy explains what this website collects, why, and how to have your data deleted.

What we collect

• Enquiry form. Name, company (optional), email address, phone or WhatsApp number, your message, the topic you selected, and the page and language you sent it from.
• Visit statistics — cookie-free. Page path, language, referring site and device class (desktop or mobile). To count unique visitors without identifying you, our server combines the day’s date with your IP address and browser user-agent into a one-way hash that expires at the end of the day. The raw IP address is never stored.
• Conversion events. Clicks on our phone number, email address or WhatsApp link, and form submissions — each recorded with the page path only.

What we do not do

• No cookies, no device fingerprinting, no third-party analytics or advertising trackers.
• No advertising profiles, and we never sell or share your data with marketers.
• The only browser storage we use is your language preference (localStorage), which never leaves your device. Because we set no cookies and collect statistics anonymously, this site needs no cookie banner.

Why we collect it

Enquiry details are used solely to answer you and to prepare the quotations or route studies you asked for. Visit statistics help us understand which pages and vessels attract interest, in aggregate. Legal basis under the GDPR: steps taken at your request before entering a contract (enquiry form), and our legitimate interest in minimal, aggregated audience measurement.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept while we handle them and for up to 24 months afterwards, then deleted. Daily visitor hashes expire the same day; the aggregated counts derived from them (per page, language and device) are kept for 12 months.

Your rights

You may ask us at any time to access, correct or delete your personal data, or to object to its use — email info@oblue-international.com and we will respond within 30 days. If you are in the EU/EEA, you may also lodge a complaint with your data protection authority.
